White Carbon Inc. wants to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund on the item.  Returns will be processed within 7-10 days upon receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.  

Products that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.   If for some reason you would like to return your purchase please contact White Carbon Inc. for a return authorization number.

Handmade custom mountings will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned or cancelled.   

All returns need to be insured through the carrier.  Please insure the items properly as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
